The war continues and spreads further and further. New factions have arrived from the north igniting more epic battles than before. Heroes rise over the fallen bodies of their enemies. Tiny Epic Kingdoms: Heroes' Call introduces heroes to the war. Heroes will bring to play a variety of benefits unique to their class. Players will use a larger meeple to represent the hero of their faction.

Additionally new mechanisms are introduced to the building action of the game. This will have players tracking their tower progress by placing tower cubes onto regions they possess. Players are encouraged to keep these tower cubes safe because losing them in war results in a loss of progress on the tower card.

Furthermore Tiny Epic Kingdoms: Heroes' Call introduces a slew of new factions, new regions with new mechanisms and a new resource type, and even brings solo play to Tiny Epic Kingdoms!

The Maps Expansion is a set of box covers and scrolls. It includes everything needed to convert the 6 Evergreen Woodlands boxes into 2 different settings: the Winter Highlands and the Savage Wastelands. The Maps Expansion is usable with ALL play modes. These are NOT just aesthetic changes! These change the gameplay drastically. Each map takes a different approach to where control areas are placed, how much space is between the control areas and what terrain surrounds them. This requires a different strategy on how to approach and defend the control areas resulting in a very different experience!

Maps Expansion Includes: 1 Winter Highlands Map Scroll. 6 Winter Highlands Box Covers (to be placed over the Evergreen Woodlands boxes). 1 Savage Wasteland Map Scroll. 6 Savage Wasteland Box Covers (to be placed over the Evergreen Woodlands boxes) and 1 Reinforced Envelope. The box covers are constructed of thick premium cardstock and can be flattened after use for easy storage.
