Making A Purchase
Retailers / Distributors We can either set you up with an account which you can sign on to or you can email or phone us with orders. We are currently not operating any case / volume related discount meaning that you pay exactly the same price as any other customers for the same products. Note that prices will change in line with changing currency and shipping conditions and that no price is confirmed until you get an order confirmation / pro-forma from us. Please contact us for the latest price list. Bank Payment Our preferred method is to be paid via BACS and our Bank Details will be shared with you when we create your account. Card Payments We accept Visa, Mastercard and most Debit Cards. Paypal Payment via Paypal is available by sending funds to the email address: paypal@spiralgalaxygames.co.uk. Checkout as normal and select the Paypal Transfer option. Please include your order number when using this service. Cheques Cheques, in GBP only, should be made payable and sent to Spiral Galaxy Games Ltd, Unit B Halesfield 20, Telford, TF7 4QU, United Kingdom. Goods are not sent until your cheque has cleared. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. |
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is done using our choice of Courier or Pallet company, we utilise a variety of contracts to keep charges as low as possible whilst ensuring a reasonable quality of service. Shipping costs will be included with your Pro-Forma or your Invoice as appropriate. Shipping in the UK is free above £150.00 and is subsidised to all other countries. |
Delivery Schedule
We despatch your order promptly once the Pro-Forma has been settled or more promptly if you are an Account customer. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number or our invoice number in all correspondence. No exceptions will be permitted to this rule. |
Back Orders
We solicit for Pre-Orders and Back-Orders (where appropriate) on a weekly basis and orders will be created once those products arrive in stock. Note that acceptance of a pre-order / back-order is no guarantee that you will get the stock you have requested as it is not uncommon that we have to allocate stock. Although we try to keep to prices as advertised you may find the price has changed due to fluctuating currency or shipping conditions. We try to minimise such variability but are unable to guarantee prices. |
Tax Charges
If you are inside the UK then you will be charged VAT along with your order. If you are within the EU or another country we do not charge VAT / sales tax and your order will be shipped on DAP terms. We take responsibility for created the export declaration and for paying fees in the UK, you are responsible for all VAT / duties and fees levied by the courier / forwarder on arrival in your country. |

Remittance Terms If you are a Retailer or Distributor with an account then your Invoice is due 30 days after issue. Note that Spiral Galaxy Games reserves the right to charge you 2.5% per month on overdue invoices and we will review whether you should be put back onto Proforma terms as a result. |
