Barrage Board Game is a resource management and strategic placement game in which players compete to build their majestic dams.

After raising the dams in order to increase their storing capacity of precious water, the player will deliver all the potential power through pressure tunnels connected to powerhouse energy turbines.

Each player represents one of the international companies who are gathering machinaries, innovative patents, and brilliant engineers to claim the best locations to capture and exploit the water power of a contested Alpine region crossed by rivers.

Add two new Executive Officers to your Barrage Board Game strategy with Wu Fang and Dr.Octavius.

Wu Fang: You have a personal action space. When it is your turn, during the Action Phase, you can place 1 Engineer on this space to produce an amount of energy equal to the number of Water Drops currently held in your Dams. You can't add any bonus to this production, but you can use it to fulfill a Contract. The Water Drops stay where they are after this action.

Dr. Octavius: When producing energy by activating one of your Powerhouses with a Production action, you can use any Water Drops from one or more of your Dams or Neutral Dams connected to the activated Powerhouse.When using the German company ability, you can use this ability only with your first production.

Meeet Amir Zahir, a new executive officer for your Barrage Board Game, originally distributed at Modena Play 2021 and now available!

Amir Zahir: Whenever you place Water Drops on the Headstreams, you can decide to make them flow immediately (you need to decide for each single Water Drop). When you are supposed to place Water Drops that should flow immediately on the Headstreams, you can place them directly in one of your Dams with enough capacity to hold them (you need to decide for each single Water Drop). If, during your turn you decide to copy this power with Mahiri Sekiho, you will obtain Amir Zahir's ability for the current turn.

Meet Franze De Lasse, a new executive officer for Barrage Board Game, originally distributed at Modena Play 2022 and now available.

Franze De Lasse: When you perform a production action and fulfill a Contract with a lower value than the energy produced, move your marker on the Energy Track only by the exceeding value. During the End of Round Phase, move your marker back on the Energy Track to the lower limit of the current round section (only if vou have reached it). Otherwise, don't move your marker back.

The Geological Factor is a mini-expansion for Barrage Board Game that introduces a new level of challenge and additional variety to the game.

Each basin will be characterized by a particular difficulty in using or building some components of the game and they will provide a specific effect linked to the component itself.

This expansion can be used with all maps of the game and is compatible with all expansions released so far (i.e.,Leeghwater Project, The Nile Affair, Map for 4-5 players).

The Barrage: The Colorado Connection expansion includes a new specific map set on the Colorado area providing a new mechanic and a new twists to the game.

The Colorado Map includes some new elements: the Construction Sites for Bridges and the Areas for Productive Settlements.

The rivers represented on the Map flow along deep canyons creating clear physical separations between the delimited regions: the presence of bridges built on the crest of the Dams will allow an easier connection between the Productive Settlements of each region; on the other hand, a Dam with a Bridge cannot be further elevated for the rest of the game. Choose carefully when to build them!

The Productive Settlements are new action spaces (4 in the Mountains Area, 3 in the Hills Area, 3 in the Plains Area) that can be activated by placing the required number of Engineers. Activating a Productive Settlement has a cost in Credits that depends on the presence or absence of Bridges along the route from the Construction Site (located on the left edge in the Mountains and Plains Areas and right in the Hills Area) to the Productive Settlement you intend to activate.

You need the base game Barrage to be able to use it. You can also use the Barrage: Leeghwater Project expansion in combination with this expansion.

Use the external Works mechanics, a set of powerful tiles that can be obtained from a new action space, and the personal building mechanic that will offer a combination of five building tiles, each one with a different powerful effect.
